I have had this for less than a week but spent far to much time playing around with it. For such a simple thing, it is incredibly addictive! I wish I had gone for the type with the rev counter and extra fun bits simply so I could set targets or whatever... Otherwise, great product.

just to be aware people. i bought this for my dad for fathers day. but in the instructions it said not to use if you have a heart problem, so i was very dissapointed when he couldnt use it!! also it is very hard to get the gyro working.

I have heard how good the powerballs were but i didn't think they would be that effective however i thought i would give them a go it's only a tenner at the end of the day.
So it arrived in the post opened it up started spinning it with the cord i messed up first couple of times felt quite weird keeping it going but i got the hang of things and now i am completely addicted to them i spend at least 15 minutes a day using one and i am actually quite surprised by how effective they actually are.
I would definitely recommend these you will see and feel a difference within a couple of weeks

To be quite jonest this powerball is awful. It is hard to get going, and when you do it does not spin very fast and is not beneficial.
My advice is don't wast your money!!!
